We accept exchanges for other items of same or higher value, if all conditions are met:
- Goods must be in original condition (unused) with tags.
- Brought back within the same day of purchase, if purchased offline.
- Sent back within 24 hours after receipt, if purchased online.
- Transaction at the same store of purchase.
- Discounted items, swim-wear & under-wear can’t be exchanged.
